The three terms data science Artificial intelligence and Machine learning are often interchangeable used. However these three terms have quite different meanings. Artificial intelligence is the umbrella term that encompasses both machine learning and Data Science in it.
Artificial Intelligence
Simply put Artificial intelligence is simulation of functions of a human brain by machines. Machine learning
In machine learning computers are made to learn and act like human beings. It is a field of artificial intelligence. The machines are made to learn stuff over time autonomously. In simple words if coding is automation of process then machine learning is automating the automation process. There is no need for writing the code instead teach a computer to make sense of the generic data that is fed into the machine.
Data Science
Data science is a field which deals with data systems and processes. One of the primary function of data science is to Manage and make sense out of data. Some sort of data operation is continuously being carried out in artificial intelligence. Hence it can be easily said that data science is a widely used data driven technique used in Artificial intelligence. How to make a Career in these fields? For making a career in Artificial intelligence minimum requirement is to have a bachelor’s degree in any of these fields

- Economics.
A candidate should also have proficiency in key problem solving skills, creative thinking, Communication, analytical skills. A master’s degree would get you a higher ranking job in the industry. A good knowledge of key programming language is always preferred by companies in an aspiring candidate. Languages like Python, Java, C++, R, etc are the ones most widely used in Artificial Intelligence architecture. In case of Data Science a bachelor’s degree on any of the above fields and a good working sense of how to manage and work with a large number of data sets and some raw data is all you need.
