Batch change request is usually not entertained by the management of EIA, as every batch and the corresponding delivery has a fixed cost which is to be borne by the management. Moreover, there is a fixed number of admissions that are allowed for enrollment for a particular batch. Therefore, request for batch change after commencement of the live classes becomes difficult for the management to approve because of seat loss and it’s corresponding cost. However in order to encourage the learning, the management of EIA may approve the batch change request with sole discretionary power.
Terms & Conditions
a. An enrolled learner will have the freedom to raise a request for batch change within first 4 live classes. The reason for the aforesaid request will only be accepted on email to be dropped at care@emergingindiagroup.com and on subsequent scrutiny and verification of the reason, the management might approve the same without any extra cost.
b. In the case mentioned under clause (a) above, the candidate will join a fresh batch from scratch.
c. If in any situation, the enrolled learner raises the request for batch change in the middle of delivery (i.e. after first 4 classes), then the learner might be given a new batch only upon payment of an amount of INR 6000.00 being “Batch Alignment Fee” towards partly realizing the cost of seat loss and other operational and delivery costs.
d. Once a learner pays the amount as mentioned in clause (c), s/he can join any upcoming within next three months from the date of payment of the amount mentioned in clause (c).
e. A learner will have the opportunity for raising a batch change request only once for the curriculum enrolled with us and not for the different modules clubbed under one curriculum.
f. A learner will lose all access to the batch which s/he has preferred to leave.
g. Every curriculum has a stipulated time of delivery. Once batch change request is accepted by the management of EIA, there will be a longer time required by the learner to complete the enrolled curriculum for which the management in no case will be held responsible.
h. No refund request will be entertained after batch change request is accepted by the management.
