JOB OVERVIEW
A learner success manager is responsible for ensuring the all-around growth and success of learners in a program. The learner success manager will be working closely with learners to provide them with support and guidance and address any concerns or issues to help them achieve their objectives.
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement strategies to promote learner success and engagement.
- Provide one-on-one support to learners, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Monitor the progress of learners and identify any potential obstacles or challenges.
- Collaborate with instructors and other staff members to ensure effective delivery of the program.
- Conduct regular check-ins and assessments with learners to evaluate their progress and gather feedback.
- Develop and deliver workshops or training sessions to enhance learners’ skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of learner interactions and progress.
- Analyze learner data and outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learner success and engagement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of program evaluation and improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of instructional methods and learning theories.
- Familiarity with educational technology platforms and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and suitability for analysis.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and insights
Assist in developing and implementing statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems, predict outcomes, and optimize processes. - Provide technical sessions to the learners and employees on required topics.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any relevant field.
- Relevant certifications in data science or machine learning will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- An experience of 1-5 years of relevant experience in the required areas.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Good understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, such as regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience in creating clear and visually appealing data visualizations using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
- Good understanding of SQL fundamentals and ability to write SQL queries. Understanding of relational database concepts.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
- As we are located at Noida Electronic City Sector-63, the candidate must be residing or willing to relocate at a nearby place.
- Full-time hours: Tuesday to Sunday 10 a.m. to 07 p.m. (Weekends are working)
