Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Remote
We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial HR briefings.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Provide administrative support to HR team members, including scheduling meetings and organizing files.
Help prepare HR reports and documents as needed.
Participate in HR projects and research tasks.
Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related questions.
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
