Job Description for Data Science Training Manager
A Data Science Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and success of learners in a program. They work closely with participants to provide support, mentorship, and guidance throughout their learning journey. This role involves addressing any concerns or challenges learners may face, ensuring they stay motivated and on track to achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Imparting Training on Python or R Programming, Statistics, Machine learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, Advanced Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, BigData.
- Conduct offline/online training sessions for Domestic & International learners.
- Design training programs and delivering highly interactive lectures offline/ online.
- Develop strategies to enhance learner success and engagement.
- Manage and curate data analytics content, including assignments and quizzes, and study materials.
- Oversee capstone projects, providing guidance and continuous support to learners.
- Plan pre-class engagement activities and ensure timely course completion.
- Schedule classes, facilitate live sessions, and oversee client onboarding processes.
- Create innovative learning materials and regularly review course content for relevance and effectiveness.
- Lead seminars, workshops, and corporate training programs.
- Offer career support services, including interview preparation and resume-building assistance.
- Design self-paced learning modules on emerging data science technologies.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve program delivery and learner outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance training effectiveness. and best practices.
- Assist in evaluating and improving training programs based on learner feedback and industry needs.

Key Requirements:
Education:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Additional certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, or Big Data will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Up to 2 years of experience required, including recent graduates with a Master’s degree.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Python or R, with hands-on experience in libraries such as pandas and NumPy, as well as frameworks like scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods including distributions, regression, Bayesian inference, and hypothesis testing, along with optimization techniques like Gradient Descent, Adam, and SGD.
- Skilled in Data Visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Skilled in Machine Learning techniques, including Supervised Learning (Regression, Classification), Unsupervised Learning (Clustering, Dimensionality Reduction), Reinforcement Learning (Q-learning, Policy Gradient), and Feature Engineering (PCA, Scaling, Encoding).
- Proficient in Neural Networks including ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTMs, Transformers, with a deep understanding of Loss Functions
- Experience in Computer Vision, Natural language Processing, Sentiment Analysis, Reinforcement Learning,
- Familiar with advanced AI architectures, including GAN Architecture, Language Models, Transformer Models, DALL-E etc.
- Well-versed in AI Frameworks & Libraries
