JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR and Legal Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and legal compliance within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of employment laws, company policies, and procedures, with the ability to effectively manage HR functions while ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risk. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance the needs of the organization with legal requirements to foster a positive and legally compliant work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Human Resources:
- Oversee HR lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations).
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Conduct performance reviews and address employee concerns.
2. Legal Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements.
- Handle legal issues related to employment and contracts.
3. Corporate Responsibility:
- Manage initiatives aligning with company values.
4. Staffing:
- Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and recruitment.
- Collaborate with departments for talent acquisition.
- Implement strategies for attracting and retaining talent.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 3-6 years of HR and Legal management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
